Does anyone else get the tingles?

I’ve started to notice that when I do longer runs I get this weird all over body tingling sensation... literal goosebumps on my arm... it’s almost euphoric. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal or am I just weird?

Or maybe his underpants are too tight or running shorts are too cold?

Somethings definitely rubbing somewhere it shouldn’t be! 😆

Enough said!

Seriously, I don't know about all over tingles. If it's just in your feet then it's probably your shoe laces are too tight. Sometimes I get it in my hands and I think it's because I'm tensing up, so I flap my hands for a while as I run and drop my shoulders (they are usually up around my ears at this point). Then I'm okay.

I hope someone can give you some good advice.

I found that the same with my hands early on, now I just let them hang a bit loose. I probably look like some kind of floppy joe but it reduces that problem significantly.

I wonder if what I’ve been experiencing is the runners high and I’m just so unfit that I can get it at relatively low distances 😆

Not sure if this is it, but we know that running does release some chemicals in the brain. One set are the endorphins that cause the euphoria after a run (for some people anyway). Maybe there can be a something like that happening while you are running. I don't think I'd worry about it, unless it made me do crazy things like running long distances.....

YES!!!! I get this on all of my longer runs! When I'm doing park run its usually on the 4k mark and then I know I'm definitely ok. I think its my endorphins being released but it certainly helps me to run on a bit more. I love this feeling, we can be weird together! haha

Well I went on my first 25 minute run today and felt like I have pins and needles in my face... that's normal... probably... maybe

I get a similar thing but over my head! Very odd, like an invisible head massage!
