Well done! Got my W1R2 in the morning. Got to do it at 5.30am, just hoping I can get out of the door too lol.
I did my first run yesterday. Found it tough but hoping to get out at 6am tomorrow before the heat sets in. Found it tough but from looking at these posts feel encouraged it will get easier!!
Well done for getting out for your first run, Iβm completing week 1 over the weekend. Still early days and currently in the gym but definitely finding this community encouraging and inspiring π
About the same really, the only difference was that I knew I had already done it once. Just a little more confident of being able to do it again. Still struggled though and getting the message that there are only two runs left was what kept me pushing through the last ones.
Loads of people in this community have said that the first week is the worst!
