I was feeling a bit heavy this morning before I went out and thought I might not be able to manage all the runs but I did. I must remember sunglasses and a cap next time.
I went out 1 hour later than the first time and wished I'd gone earlier as it was so busy so I shall stick to earlier from now on, I liked the quiet better.
Still surprised I completed the second run I'm so pleased. It's not easy but I just keep telling myself I'll feel good if I stick with it because I know that's what I want and it's only 30(ish) minutes. I can do that π

I spend ages finding all the stuff I need, good idea to get a bag or a place and put all the things ready. My list is phone, headphones, running belt with small water bottle (my mouth gets gunky as I run), small change for loos, hat, sun cream to put on before I leave, sunglasses and reading glasses so I can see phone!
Well done! Just keep lacing up the shoes and getting out there. I used to get myself through by thinking it's only 30 minutes and thinking of how good I would feel when I got back through the door knowing I had completed another run. I have a chalk board on the kitchen door with all of the runs up to the end on it and ceremonially cross off each run when I get back. The next one to cross off is W7R3, it's a great way to show what I have achieved so far. Keep going and prepare to be amazed at what you can do π
Well done on completing another run, another one to tick off (I like the idea of ticking them off). You will soon start to feel better and when you decide on a time to run it becomes easier.
