Proud of myself as tried a new route. Problems with stopwatch. May have done 25min May have done 20. Question do I repeat r3 or go on to w8r1

Hello! Well done on the new route and the at least 20-minute run.

If I were you (and I was, Week 6 run 3 I also had timing issues and might have run short of the 25) I would repeat - if you repeat a run it only means you get more miles on your legs! Whatever you do - you're doing great!

Decided to take your advice and repeat w7r3. Feel much happier as I know I did it. Now here’s to w8r1
