Was going to get up at 6 and go for W8R3. My alarm went off and I felt so tired I decided not to go.

I’m being kind to myself tho. 3 x 12 hour night shifts thurs fri and sat finishing Sunday morning followed by a 10 hour shift mon a 12 hour shift yesterday and another 10 hour ahead of me today.... not surprised I’m tired.

Any way just means I will be graduating a little later than planned!!

Might go tomorrow morning instead 😊

Nice photo of you Elles, you should be so proud of yourself, working all those long hours for the best health service in the world and then doing those runs. I am now retired. I used to work nights and especially early mornings, I was a postman for 20 years, of course, I walked miles every day but did not start running until recently when I have all the time in the world to do that. Don't worry too much about when you graduate, better later than never.

Thank you! It’s the best job ever but the shifts can be draining. Especially in this heat

Definitely the right thing to do - it's not like a job where you get to put your feet up and nights are so exhausting.
