9 weeks of run/walks runs and a few failures and it's done. It's a great feeling to of done it.

I'm now going to continue the 5K for a few weeks to set my new habit (12weeks I'm told) in stone.

To everyone out there, just starting or going on to 10 minute or 20 minute runs, keep up the good work. Your health and fitness is one of the most important thing you can do for yourself.

Keep Smiling ☺

Thanks. I'm happy with my times. It's great that I'm back into it. A bit of weight movement will be next. I've done this but not really lost anything. However I'm told that fat is lighter than muscle. One can hope. 👍😉

It took the consolidation weeks for me to start shifting weight.

I'll see how it goes. 13 stone would be nice. 🤞

Well done for graduating, I have only just graduated too but I did take the scenic route 12 weeks rather than 9 but we did it ..I’m on a mission now to shift the extra weight !

Thank you. I'm now doing 3 5k runs a week for 3 weeks or so to get the 12 new abbit thing going.

I've booked myself in for a 10k at Doncaster in November so I hope I'll be ready for that.

I think most of us are after loosing weight, 13 stone would be good for me.

With a bit of luck(and not so many McD's) I should be there by November. 😁👍
