Just wanted to prove that this programme really is achievable. I have been running every other day for the past 7 and a bit weeks and today I completed my final run of the programe! Im so proud of myself - when i started out 1 minute worth of running felt like such a looooonnnggg time! My run today was in sleet and rain which proves how much im enjoying it! Theres no way I'll be stopping now and ive signed up for the race for life in June - something which i never thought id do.

  • Thank you - Im still in shock that ive actually managed to do it! i could barely walk after my first ever run and didnt think id get very far at all.

  • Just read about your weight loss too on another post. Totally amazing. You must feel so proud, and look good in the process too!

  • Thank you k6daisy - i am really proud of myself! Ive never dieted before and have never done any regular exercise apart from walking. I started the c25k to help with the weight loss but I have no intentions of stopping when my diet finishes. Im hoping to gradually work towards a 10 k run next year and then maybe a half marathon after that. Im well and truly hooked on it now!
