Running after a 2 week break

I haven't been running in two weeks because of ache-y knees, but I have been doing exercises and my osteopath says its arthritic rather than soft tissue. So I want to start back on the C25K. I was on Wk7. How do I restart? How far back do I go? A few practices runs to see how long I can go or if/until my knees start to hurt? Not sure what to do.

You don't lose significant condition in two weeks, so just pick up where you were, as explained in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
