Completed w8r2 in this heat! Very very proud of myself, despite my bright beetroot face.

I was clearly struggling today, but the support of random strangers was a fantastic feeling. One lady told me I was a hero and it made me smile all the way home 💪🏻🏃‍♀️

Love how a little comment can go a long way. Have made a pledge to give a smile or word of encouragement to every runner I see. Anyone else going to join me in my quest to motivate other runner?
