I finally got there! We got there! Thank you to everyone who has provided support and encouragement, especially when I had to rest a while on the injury couch and I was so disappointed.

Initially I wanted to do C25K with a group as I didn't think I'd have the confidence or motivation to go it alone with an app. I didn't realise then that I wouldn't be alone! You wonderful people. Happy running
