Thank you to everyone on here who has put up with my moaning and self doubt. I did W9r3 tonight. It feels great to know I just finished something I never imagined I could achieve. I'm 46, 4-5 stone overweight, and was the typical couch potato!!! So although I've just completed couch to 5k. I feel it's just the beginning of my little running regime. Virtual clinking of champagne classes and more importantly where do I get my badge. From

Yeahyeahyeah, congratulations and lots of virtual champagne (which has been waiting for you in my fridge), cheers! The new badge suits you. Would you like to join me in the next project of achieving 5k at a comfortable pace?
It's a great feeling isn't it? I was a bit shell shocked when I got back to think I had actually finished it. Are you starting the 5k plus?
Not "officially". I have decided (after all, having done ONE post-gradutation run up to now makes me a hell of an expert ;-)) to get to 5k in my own speed with my own music and MapMyRun clocking distance and time. I am now sure I can achieve 5k in the near future if I manage to pace myselfe (i.e. slow down, especially at the beginning). Speed may or may not come later, I think stamina and fun are more important.
Congratulations! I hope to follow your example next week. Keep it up.
Congratulations! You should feel very proud!
Congrats! It's great to see others with, about the same amount of weight to lose as me, completing the c25k! It's inspiring and just goes to show that if you take your time and you follow the program you CAN do this! I'm doing wk6 r3 later today so fingers crossed it won't be long till I get that all important shiny graduate badge to!!!
Well done to you, you really deserve to be very proud!
Happy running x
Congratulations on your graduation and many years of cool runnings to you!
