W4 R2 done today. Last week had a nasty cough so didn’t start week 4 till yesterday. Have had to do r1 and R2 with no rest day to fit it in as will not run at night! I am so chuffed with myself and since doing the program I’ve lost 9lb now.

Do you know what I really think anyone can do this coz if I can my god anyone can. 😘

Well done on the run and getting better but I have to ask why you did back to back runs. Rest days are important as they are the days when your muscles/bones (body generally) repair and strengthen, not while you are running. Also if you've been unwell it can take a little while for you to be 100% again. The 9 weeks is very flexible and the runs don't have to be in set weeks, they can run on. Best wishes

Yes, well done. But please make sure you have your rest days. It's not worth risking an injury. Lots of people take extra weeks to complete due to illness's or just because they feel the need to re-do runs. I personally took 10 weeks as I was injured for part of it and found that week of doing nothing the hardest of all.

Your doing great, just keep up the good work at a comfortable pace.
