Well that’s that done was a tough one but managed to complete moving on to R3 Friday not sure il be able to complete but will give it a good shot . Anyone else find the slower you go the more your legs ache 😁

Leg ache could well be dehydration from this heat.

Relax... land lightly and know you will do it.... the slower you go does not cause the ache... the weather and hydration might... stretch well..up your rest day exercise and head out

Just take it slow. . It's not a race .
I run like a snail in toffee but I never stop.
Look at the scenery around and I think you will forget you are running. Good luck with run 3 xxx

Running up hills makes me go slower and those hills can make me ache.
Week 6 run 3 is 25 minutes running non stop, take it easy and you can do it. Go prepared with water and inhaler and you are set to go go go!
