I cannot believe I have completed couch to 5k, this I can honestly say has changed my life, my confidence has had a boost and I feel fitter, the best thing, this forum the help, advice and the boost that is sometimes needed is on here. Well done it is an amazing feeling completing 30 mins after the difficulties in week 1 , onwards and upwards I say not yet managed 5k in 30 mins myself but am still out there 3 times a week and whittling the time down slowly .
