well what can i say thats me finished the programme, had to do it without laura this am as my ipod had wiped my c25k but anyways , got me trainers on went out thinkin i can really do this and did a 33min run 4.87k was amazed with myself,
i can only say to other people starting out on this that if i can do it any 1 can , it has givin me a new lease of life and the belief in myself that yes i can stick to something and get to the end,
it has been very emotional journey and yes at times very hard but to every 1 you may have bad days but you will get back out there and do your best thats all you can do , and have the belief in yourself that anything is possible,
to everyone who blogs on here thank you all for your stories some funny and made me lol, others gave me the will to fight and carry on when some runs were very hard. i wont be a stranger i have a 5k to do in 3 weeks for cancer research and that is my next goal,
p.s can i have my badge now lol

well done! you deserve your badge! your are doing a very good distance too. Good luck with the 5K, I did race for life last year and walked, but am determined to run it this time. Keep motivated and let us know how you do it!
Amazing
Well done on Graduating.
You are an inspiration to many.
Great final run distance, you'll have no problem with the 5k coming up
Well done i have just finished week one and dont knwo if i am looking forward to w2 but am determined to stick to the plan dont care if it takes me longer than 9 weeks to complete it but i will.
I have given up to easy in the past but not this time
Well done Carol, congratulations. It really is an emotional as well as physical journey isn't it. Good luck with your cancer research run although don't really think you need the luck you should easily manage that 5K now.
Well done on graduating! I have my last run tomorrow but I won't have got as far in distance as you. I ran 33 minutes yesterday and did 2.66 miles - wish I could go faster but I'm still at the stage of focusing on being able to finish! It's definitely as much a mental challenge as a physical one.
