I did it ! Wk 9 R3 last night - sun was still out but beautiful evening running across the fields . Can’t believe I have got this far but have loved it ...
Not sure am ready to go completely alone as the app support has been great and will miss it . What next ? Any advice ? 😄🍾

Yes I did enjoy it but this heat is taking it toll on me. I run early morning about 6 but still suffer. I'm looking forward to the cooler days.

Well done! A lot of people use the W9 podcast for a while. Try to do 3 weeks of 3 thirty minute runs to embed the habit. Enjoy your running, graduate.

There is a post on here “July graduates” in the pinned posts. Put a message there and a mod will help you.
For me the biggest surprise (and there have been lots of surprises!) has been how much I enjoy it. I used to hate even the thought of exercise.
Continue enjoying it!
