It's take me since July, but tonight I did my last run; it wasn't my best but I manage a teeny bit further and a teeny bit faster each time. I'm still about 0.7 off 5k but I'll definitely keep going until I get there (and beyond I hope).
I just want to say thanks to the NHS for making this amazingly enjoyable and effective tool available for free. It's been a blast and even the runs that have been hard work have made me proud of myself.

Well done, tinysuns. You'll soon see your graduate badge and be very very proud. Congratulations for a great effort. It's not the time you take it's the fact that you stuck to it and finished. Fantastic. Keep on running. Jan
Yeeeeah! tinysuns-You are a G.R.A.D.U.A.T.E! Congratulations! You did it in the end, and that's what matters. What a great feeling of euphoria! Don't worry about 5k-just enjoy running.
Next step is stepping stones. Looking forward to seeing your shiny badge against your name.
Tinysuns, brilliant and well done. Great feeling, just waiting for my shiny badge too :-). You'll get to 5k, just keep on keeping on... You'll get there - yaaay!
Colette, you got an honourable mention in my 'i graduated' blog :-)!!
Congratulations, tinysuns!! Please forgive me for taking so long to offer my congratulations, but it seems that Thanksgiving in America has been my only focus for several days now.
This is quite an accomplishment and something to be very proud of!! I am sure that you will knock out the remainder of the 5K distance and more very soon!!
