Never in all my life did I think I would be able to jog for 3 x 30mins. BUT I HAVE DONE IT! So so pleased with myself. I'm a GRADUATE!!!!
Thank you all you lovely people for your fab posts they have really helped and made me laugh out loud sometimes (sallenson and Dudders your my stars).

Yes never thought I would call myself a runner. Never liked running at school. I was the girl on the rounders team never the cross country. Feels amazing doesn't it?!
