Back on the treadmill tonight and I wanted to feedback that I've been taking your advice seriously. I've slowed down my pace to one that I could maintain a steady (if somewhat incoherent rambling) conversation, keep my breathing under control and not over stride. So obviously covered less distance but my 25 minutes running was no less rewarding, in fact I felt great, in control, and my recovery time afterwards was quicker too. So I hope to keep consolidating my achievements so far, avoid injury and graduate in just over 2 weeks time.
