Well here they are due to popular demand. I've taken the picture from a little way off so you can't get an idea of scale and that's my trusty running companion Flynn in the background recovering after this mornings gruelling session in 25 degree heat. Only 2 more runs to go now 😎

Thanks yes it's great having a dog to run with cos you have to go out whether you feel like or not so might as well be running as walking 😊
