Did my first ever treadmill run earlier.... 5k in 28 mins 47 secs.... using a pace of 10.5 - 11kph.

Actually really really enjoyed it, who knew 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Nice shoe... great job on the dreadmill! Maybe one day I’ll venture inside.

Ooo nice runners! 👍😍

Good to hear you enjoyed your treadmill experience. We’ve joined a gym as I know at some point it’ll be simply too foul to run outside. I’ll need a ‘treadmills for dummies’ refresher course, though, as I’ve been on one about twice and that was over 20 years ago! 🙄😅🏃‍♀️

Yeah I’ve been putting it off and then putting it off some more but decided today was the day.... it was surprisingly straightforward, you’ll be fine

Hope so (and hope I don’t fall off!) 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Yes I will. Might give it a whirl next week. How long a run did you do on it?

Forget that last daft question. Might help if I’d read your post again first! 😳🙄

I’m quite pathetic when it comes to dark nights and colder weather.... think treadmill will become my new best friend 🤣🤣🤣

You have the same shoes as me - mine don’t go quite so fast though. Maybe I should take them back!

Congratulations on your run, how long did it take you? I’m going to be trying to conquer my first 10k in the next few weeks

A steady 77 mins. One thing I’ve learned while doing distance is to slow down 🐢🐌. Enjoy
