2 weeks now since graduating C25K and still running. It's tough without MJ, so I sometimes join him for old time's sake.
Ran with no music and no MJ yesterday, it was strange just listening to my feet. Added some very minor slopes into the mix - normally my runs are very flat, but I thought I needed to mix it up a bit. Why do I do this to myself 😳?
Was a good outing, not hit the 5K yet, but ran 40 mins without any walking much to my surprise - only planned to do 33 mins. Always had trouble telling the time!
