Another good Friday evening run, slightly longer, and slower, than last week managing 6k in 45mins. Looking to start Bridge to 10k soon but worried my pace is too slow. Any advice would be appreciated.

One way of gaining pace is to go longer distance.
If you’re running 6k then you’re ready to jump onto ju-ju-‘s plan for sure.

Your pace is just fine. It does sound like you are ready for Bridge to 10k. Great progress 👏👏

Pace is not a big issue in here, and I agree with others that you are ready for Magic 10 Give it a go and see.
