Question please? 13 days ago I completed W8R2...then went to Greece on holiday!! Sooo hot I just didn’t find the time/enthusiasm to run...Returned to Uk to more hot weather! Sooo haven’t run for 13 days & feel rubbish...physically & mentally😏. Going to pop to the gym...which run should I start with? Thanks for reading... I miss Michael!

Do W8R3 (as it is the same as R1 and R2 anyway) and see how it goes. All fine? Continue to W9. Impossible? Try W7R3. Completed by very, very hard? Do W8R3 again next time.
Try for a week 8 run. If you manage, go to week 9 next run. You may be ok 👍🏽
Do run 3.... listen to your body, take it steady and really slowly and see how you go
Thanks for the advice! I’ve amazed myself....got on the treadmill (feel abit of a cheat, but it was so cool...temperature, not image!) and I managed the full 28 minutes...so Week 9 here I come! Thanks so much for the comments, they really helped me stick at this 👍🏻
I agree, do a week 8. If you get through it, do 2 more, then week 9.
If not, dial back to week 7.
Build up again, but I bet that your body will remember.
