Ok haven't been able to run this week for a multitude of reasons, between appointments, school concerts, sports days etc etc etc and I don't run at night.
Soooooo, it's roasting up here already so going to the gym and treadmill it, will cross my fingers and hope.for the best 😭😭😭😭😭
