Hi Jay, I don't know if you realise I have a very white thick beard, not even trimmed it for 8 months, just this afternoon my grand-daughter was feeling my bread and told me "Gran-pa your beard is like fur" anyway I could purchase that pair of shorts and as I have a sense of humour run the rest of my post 30 minute graduation runs looking like a combination of Santa and whatever you call a guy wearing those shorts, hmmm, maybe and maybe NOT.

Yes Jay, I could do with reindeer pulling me to get a sub 30 minute 5k time, tomorrow morning might be nice and cool, just looked out the window, low cloud from the North Sea has now spread through the Central Lowlands of Scotland, I don't expect that will break before 10 in the morning keeping it cool which is good as I will try and get a good time for my 4th post graduation run at about 9AM.

I’m planning an early run tomorrow as it’s going to be red hot here all weekend and hotter on Sunday than Saturday. Also 5k but it won’t even be sub 40 mins I’m afraid. I’ll get there.
