Well..I'm in Glasgow ..where they have hottest temps ever recorded for the city..no running..didn't plan to..had a little holiday..had been struggling on week 8..I've decided to go back a week or two and get my confidence back..so back on the treadmill tomorrow for me...BBQ tonight..🏖️
