WOW well done you. That’s a brilliant achievement in both ways!!
I’ve just completed W6 this morning. Don’t be alarmed with the next run you have. You can do it. I’ve actually found it easier to do the longer running without the intervals!

Thankyou I’m not fast but I am enjoying it and still can’t believe I am running/jogging I remember my first 60 secound run I was huffing and puffing lol
Lol I know. I ran on a field behind my house so no one would see me for my first 2 weeks of what I thought was torture! Still huffing and puffing but today I officially became a “runner” it feels great and I’m even buzzing to go to work in this heat in a hospital kitchen today now......though I might be feeling slightly different when my shift is over 😂
