Did this run this morning and all went well. Found the last five minutes tough I must admit, but in hindsight I went too quickly in the middle section (NOT intentionally!) happy running everyone 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Keep your pace steady Liz. I know what you mean about the pace In the middle of the run. You are doing really well and I like to use you as my motivator as I am on wk7r1 next time out.

Nice one, Liz! Be interesting to see how Run 2 feels after slowing down more in the middle. Must confess a speedy middle has never been an issue for me (it's the toxic 10 I have to make sure I keep slow, then I'm good)!
