Morning all!! Just completed 25 min run - was tougher this morning 😐 - one of my knees was giving me gyp and I bought 2 knee supports and wore them for the first time today- felt like they were cutting off the circulation 😂- any tips on sore knees and knee support?? Still feel like I’ve achieved a lot !!

Well done on getting through the run, can't really help on the sore knees but I think I would feel very restricted if I was wearing supports, try keeping them on when you aren't running, maybe that will help?

Well done on running 25 mins especially in this heat! I sometimes wear a knee support on one knee - alternate as both can be niggly. Perhaps you have it too tight? I can adjust mine with the Velcro. I did read that knee pain can be due to thigh muscles not being strong enough so I’ve been doing squats etc to try & strengthen thighs & take pressure of knees. 🙂
