Probably jinxing myself, but I did W6 R1 this morning and am sitting here reading the blogs and have just realized I`m painfree for the first time in weeks
I`ve been running with sore knees and a shin splint (left knee, left shin then right knee, one after the other)
Fingers crossed I can remain this way and enjoy my runs again.
I`m really hooked, even to the point of running in my dreams
