second run done! i started to get cramps (i left 45 minutes between eating & my run? maybe i should leave longer?) but pushed though! feeling great so far though 🤗

Well done. It may have been the food I suppose, it depends on how much and what you ate before you went out. Best wishes for your next runs. Keep drinking that water 😄 (All the time - not just around run times and during runs).
