Goodness me that was harder than I thought it was going to be! After completing W5R3 I looked at this week's schedule and thought 'PAH!', I laugh at your W6, but instead I struggled a little. Possibly a combination of legs that felt like lead, five days since I completed W5 (and a little too much wine and good eating at the weekend) and a pulled right quad muscle from kicking a rugby ball rather too enthusiastically with my 13 year old. Anyhoo, Michael seemed quite pleased and I shall try and get R2 done on Wednesday. Right now I wish that I felt a little more energised!
Get over yourself Matt...

Week 5 run 3 always seems like the toughy on paper, but then week 6 usually comes and bites people on the bum! You're not alone! Just take it slow and it should be okay! Happy running!
Matt! You did it! There’s a few that have said that one was challenging. We’re all different, but we’re getting there! Next run will be great! It isn’t easy to please MJ either, so you’re doing brilliantly! ❤️
I have been thinking exactly the same myself tonight after my w6r1. I thought it would be so much easier than it actually was! I've left my legs somewhere cos they're certainly not attached right now 😂😂
