Turns out I could!!! 😋

Week 9 run 3 then. I nearly didn’t go out as it was sooo hot, but I did and I’m done! I stayed in the shade and did circuits of the same paths under the trees. Found myself a steady pace and kept going, mostly grinning madly and telling the squirrels at squirrel junction every circuit how many minutes it was to graduation. And then it was there. Finished. Quick glance around and then both arms in the air. More mad grinning. And then a bit of a wobble on the walk back.

I couldn’t have done it without all the support here, all the posts, all the wisdom and all the kind words. Thank you 🙏😊. What next? I think I might stick around here for a while ......

Thank you 🙏😊. I can’ believe the change in me since that first week. There was never a moment in the last 3 runs that I didn’t think I could do it. There were bits that were really hard, and I didn’t enjoy the heat so much, but I was always going to finish 😁
