Yay!!! I got back in my running gear and dog and I did it!!! Week 5 run 1 done😁 Started off with a gentle spin bike warm up to test the sore spot, then shuffled along the slowest I think I’ve ever gone - thankfully with Laura back on the podcast - and we did it! I’m feeling brilliant with minimal bother from sore spot and I’ve not stopped grinning since! It’s just great to be back at it again and there will absolutely be no more high heels for me....shopping trip now required... oh the benefits of this running lark just keep coming😆
