Holiday Running

Bit sad it is the last time I will run whilst on holiday. The views are spectacular, but on a plus I have only 1 more run left of C25K. Today's run was not easy my legs felt like lead, it was far too warm and no sea breeze. The last 5 minutes were torture 😢 but I kept going how I do not know but I finished Run 2 Week 9 ,

You did amazingly well... so hard when it is that warm...I was running in the Dordogne last year and it was too hot by 6!!! Really struggled.

You have done amazingly and your Graduation Run will be back here, with us all waiting to cheer you home.. Champagne will be ready for chilling soon!!!

Thank you it was not easy but so pleased. I went against my friends back home and took my running gear 😀I am hoping my final run will be easier on home soil 😀

Thank you , I will post my picture and details hopefully Thursday when I am back in uk and had days rest , I will be crying as I will be so pleased 😊x
