It’s been 3 weeks since I ran last 😱 I’d just finished w5r3 and felt bloody amazing, and really looking forward to starting week 6, but 1st week I was ill πŸ€’ 2nd week still didn’t feel like it πŸ™„ then we went to London for the weekend, I’d actually planned to run while I was there but obviously didn’t 😱😩 3rd week just been putting it off everyday 😠

So lovely runners in my phone should I just go for w6r1 or do a couple of easier runs to get my arse back in it. Feeling like a slug ☹️😫😑 x x
