Itβs been 3 weeks since I ran last π± Iβd just finished w5r3 and felt bloody amazing, and really looking forward to starting week 6, but 1st week I was ill π€ 2nd week still didnβt feel like it π then we went to London for the weekend, Iβd actually planned to run while I was there but obviously didnβt π±π© 3rd week just been putting it off everyday π
So lovely runners in my phone should I just go for w6r1 or do a couple of easier runs to get my arse back in it. Feeling like a slug βΉοΈπ«π‘ x x
