So I completed week one, I couldn’t actually believe HOW unfit I have become. As a skinny teenager I’d of been able to run round the whole of the park without a stitch or stopping to catch my breath. What happened? 30 years of life I guess.
I’m not going to lie, when I heard that little voice on the app say “get ready to run” especially at the half way point, I did tell it to f*** off and nearly quit a few times. But I’m glad I didn’t, I did see some improvement in my pace during the week too which is encouraging. I am really dreading next week tho 😥 do I dare look at what’s in stall for me?
