After struggling with the heat I said I would go back to consolidating. 2 x 30 minute runs, 1 x 30 minute + 10%. Mm ๐. Went for a 30 minute run this morning with all good intentions of doing just the 30 minutes. But as I came out of the woods to run along the river, the wonderful cool breeze hit me and I couldnโt stop, didnโt want to turn round and head back, so kept going and did my circular 5k route. It still took me 43 minutes, so not fast, but I feel great for having done it. Just shows what a difference a few degrees cooler and a breeze makes ๐
