I have just finished week 5 run yesterday. 20mins continuous, and it feels great. If you told me 7 weeks ago I could run like that I would have laughed sooo hard. But I did and want to again.π€π€π€π€πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ

Careful with W6, one run at a time, don't under estimate it, you are still improving and moving forward..

Well done! Iβm about to head out on the very same run and Iβm very intimidated! Iβve managed all the runs so far just fine but having some sore shins is making me a little worried!

Make sure you warm up properly and go steady and it's not as bad as you think. Many you might need new running shoes. At the start I had back pain and somebody on here suggested I invest in new trainers and I'm so glad I did. Good luck.πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
