I have just completed my 2nd post grad run....outdoors!! I completed the plan on my treadmill as it kept me more disciplined (if its next to me in the house there's no excuse in the world for not doing it).
I have no idea how far as I just wanted to run for 30 mins. That's what's important to me at the mo. I wasn't close to 5k on the plan but it's something to work on.
The big thing for me today is I feel fantastic. No aches or pains, no urge to stop, just a great playlist and the breeze in my face.
Why have I never done this before???
