Sad to leave all the week three'ers, but I know we're all week four'ers now, one big gang all jogging along together.
Didn't find that too arduous and was chuffed that I did it. Quite amazed at the increase in distance covered from start to finish and how much quicker I'm recovering and getting back to resting heart rate.
Get in! π

Hooray , You did it π Me too yesterday . Feeling a bit stiff today . I have to 'run' very early this week as working . Will get back to you about w4r2 after tomorrow .
Well i did w4r2 at 4.30 (am ) and saw a very beautiful sun rise ! Just me and bunny rabbits on trail π° It was hard doing 2nd 5 min run but as i was in view of home i had an aim . βΊ
Well done, bloody early start though! π΄ I'm giving myself a two day break, so it's Saturday morning for me, but certainly not that early, hopefully legs will feel good for R2. Strangely I'm quite looking forward to it. ππ
I was surprised at the distance covered too. The route I've been using for the previous three weeks just wasn't long enough! Had to run straight past home and then double back for the cool down walk at the end π
Other than that it was a pretty good session. Second run tomorrow.
