Started week 4 yesterday and can't quite believe running for five minutes is possible when one minute in week 1 killed me! This might be the best thing I've ever done.

Hi Katy I started week 4 R1 yesterday and I totally agree with you its amazing how quickly you progress and I'm loving it bring on R2 tomorrow. I find if I swim on my rest days I run better it just helps work my lungs as I am asthmatic too. Keep up the good work
