Who'd have thought 9 weeks ago......

Today I amazed myself by doing the last run on the c25k, yet 9 weeks ago although I could do weights and 20 minutes on the elliptical trainer I struggled on the 60 second runs!

At that time I thought it was a goal too far but here I am! and despite how fit I thought I was it didn't help too much for these last 9 weeks but I am extremely glad I have done it!!

Tomorrow is a weights day but Wednesday i'm going to try w1r1, but with a twist, on the 60 second runs I'm going to try and sprint each one and have a 90 second brisk walk.

I will say, nothing is impossible, I had times where it all seemed way too much but keep at it, the sense of achievement after completing each run is better than not trying, we always surprise ourselves!!
