I started couch to 5k last Oct and graduated on New Years Day. A pleasing achievement and got the taste for running although I was pretty slow. I consolidated doing runs every other day 4ks and 5ks. Then did a marathon in a week running 6.2k a day (don’t attempt this without proper training if new to this it was hard) after I needed a new challenge so tried a 5k training program with the aim to get quicker. I started with a Pb of 42 mins. (I’m very slow) 8 weeks later I ran at 5am today and did 35.26 I couldn’t believe it.
