Where do you put yours?

I'm in need of new running leggings as I have to keep pulling the current ones up! I'm struggling to find a pair that have a pocket for my phone - headphones plugged in and mapmyrun tracking. So what does everyone do with their phone if you've no pocket?

I use a running belt, they’re great. Can fit phone and keys in. Doesn’t move up and down when running. £5 on eBay

What a great idea, I'll have a look. Thanks!

Me too. Running belt. First one I got was a fiver from Tesco but it got too loose when I lost weight so I got another for 8 quid from a sport shop... can't remember where. It has a tiny pouch that expands to fit phone, jellys and keys.

I had the same problem... turned out I needed to drop a size in leggings too 👍😉

Running belt for the win. I got a Flip belt from Amazon, but also see some reduced to £10 from Virtual Running website (Don't know about postage, just spotted a sale!). Shop around as they're very common so you'll get a good price and a suitable colour to go with your gear very easily. I went for bright orange to help with visibility.

Yes I had to buy new capris too. I bought ronhill from John Lewis sale which have a zip pocket in the back waistband for key and cash. But I wear a neoprene armband for my phone.. these capris also have a lace to tighten the waist if necessary.

I recently bought a freetoo running belt from Amazon. It is really comfortable ( stretchy) & takes phone & keys. 😃

I just shove my keys in my bra, and sometimes my phone. My earphones connect with Bluetooth and they’re great, a lot easier to run with. It used to be fine running with my phone in my bra but then I had a couple of issues with the app pausing or it would just start ringing people at like 5am if I wasn’t careful (luckily only rang my mate who was on holiday without her phone and my dad who doesn’t sleep with his phone and was getting up for work soon anyway!).

So if I don’t put my phone in my bra I’ll just hold it and haven’t found an issue. My keys are always absolutely fine.

I’d suggest getting a running belt that one of the others has suggested though 😂

I’ve also thought about getting a running jacket that’ll have pockets for this stuff too.

Someone posted on here that putting your phone in your bra was not a good idea for health reasons... not proven, but not recommended...why risk it? xxx

Fair enough! Like I said once I started ringing people I stopped putting it there anyways :)

🤣 love that!! Made me chuckle! I do understand that sometimes you decide to go out by any means necessary. Holes in leggings (only once, so far 😆), whatever it takes and you’ve done that! Good on you!

I used my son’s bumbag at first. It’s “cool” to wear one now. I also have a lightweight running jacket I bought in TKMaxx which has zip pockets. Both were inexpensive and perfect for the cause! I bought my own bumbag not long ago. Maybe the proper term is running belt, 🤷🏽‍♀️ I’m out there! ❤️❤️

I have a stretchy tight running belt from amazon .

Only problem is trying to find the little stretchy pockets under the layer of flab, whilst trying to run!! Hasten to add the layer of flab is not as big as it used to be!😂
