All done with W1R2 by 9am. A later run than my previous and far more dog walkers in the woods than at 5.45. Almost every dog decided to run with me 🙄 not at all distracting! Felt like I was on top of the runs, and 60 seconds was quite manageable. Even had breath to wish one of the dog owners good morning on the way past. Long may this enjoyment of running last (she says, deluded enough to think it might!)
