Slightly frustrating!

I've just reached week4 although it's taken me about 5 1/2 weeks to do that due to dodgy knees and holidays. Is it normal that, despite eating the healthiest I ever have for all of this time and being well under my old calorie intake every single day, I haven't lost a single lb? Nothing, not a bit! Surely 1lb off would be a sign!

Ooh join the club Rowena! It happened to me too. But I’m feeling fitter and looking trimmer in my clothes. I felt frustrated but decided to give the scales the evils and put them back in the banished department of my mind! There nothing better than feeling fit! No matter what the scales say. And, if I keep running, I’m sure those pounds will be making a run for it eventually too! Good luck to you for the rest of the Programme and beyond. I’m doing W5R1 tomorrow morning. Better get to bed! ❤️

Many folk do not lose any weight... I put weight in at one point :)

But feeling fitter healthier, stronger, leaner and tauter , that is usually the outcome:)

Carry on as you are ... you are doing just fine:)

Look at it this way: "I am building myself an all round better body", not "I am fixing this old body's weight problem". And yes, it's normal.

I'm still 8 kilos over what experts say is the ideal weight for my height, sex, and age. Just like the day I started this. But I feel so much better.

Hi Rowena. I have just done W4R1 and have found exactly the same. No weight loss but people have said that I look like I have lost weight. I am starting to feel fitter and I look forward to the next week's challenge. Keep up the good work.
