Just Graduated!! Completed the final week 9 30 minute run and it feels great. Lost 20lbs in weight and I’ve not felt this good in years. May resting heart rate has dropped by 5bpm as well.
It has been tough, especially the 30 minute runs, I failed to complete my first attempt as it was just too hot.
Reading some of the posts on here has kept me motivated so thanks all.
