Hey lovely runners!

Been away for 2 months with unexplainable hip pain but now ready to run again. Having completed week 5 before, is it best to go back to start of programme?

I'm not an expert. I wonder if it's worth doing w1r1 and seeing how it is. If it's easy peasy do w2r1 etc. Others may have more qualified advice!

Thanks, I took your advice and all was well with hip! I missed 2 of the cycles as bumped into my dear neighbour with dementia who had taken her dog for a walk without her dog, took her home and dog was inside 😂
